Clee Hill School to be flagship for Rotakids in Ludlow area

Clee Hill Community School is the first primary school Ludlow Rotary Club has signed up for Rotakids, a scheme designed to build self esteem, develop leadership skills and introduce young people to community service through Rotary.

Rotakids is replacing Junior Community Awards which Ludlow Rotary Club has been running for over ten years. The last awards ceremony on July 6th saw fifteen Clee Hill pupils receiving their Junior Community Awards.

As a reward for their efforts they were presented with a certificate, a medal and a dictionary. To make the event a bit more special they were all be wearing mini academic gowns.

Ludlow Rotary Club welcomes enquiries from primary schools about setting up RotaKids clubs. Rotakids will help pupils grow into responsible and caring citizens, showing them how they can make a positive impact on their community… and have fun doing it.Please look at this link for more information on Rotakids
