duck 6007<\/p><p class=\"xdj266r x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x16tdsg8\" dir=\"ltr\">Race 5 &#8211; duck 6861<\/p><p class=\"xdj266r x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x16tdsg8\" dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-73238cb e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"73238cb\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-81f3faa elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"81f3faa\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Ludlow Duck Race<\/strong> takes place each year on Spring Bank Holiday, the last Monday in May, on the River Teme starting at the weir just past CSons Caf\u00e9.<\/p><p>Each of the four races has 500 ducks who travel 100 meters down river under Linney Bridge making a wonderful sight for spectators.<\/p><p>Every duck is available to be sponsored and the winner of each race gets a prize of <strong>\u00a3100<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Ducks are sold online, in local bars &amp; restaurants and in Ludlow market on the Saturdays before the race.<\/p><p>The profits from the races goes to our Ludlow Rotary Cares grant scheme.<\/p><p>We would like to thank <strong>Friends of Whitcliffe Common<\/strong> &amp;
