Ludlow Rotary Club holds a charity golf day at Ludlow Golf Club during June to raise money for Ludlow Rotary Cares and other Rotary causes and charities.
The format is a four ball team OpenTex AM (Stableford) played off yellow tees. Teams of visitors are welcome. Teams can be any combination.
All four players drive off each tee and the team decides which drive will be used and the second shot is taken from that position. The player then continues to play their own ball. Each player in the team should use three of their drives during the eighteen holes.
The teams with official handicaps will be playing for the prestigious annually awarded Sinclair Land Rover Cup. There will also be cash prizes for first, second and third places. In addition there will be prizes for teams without official handicaps and there will be competitions on some of the individual holes.
Tee times are between 9 am and 1 pm. PH (Playing Handicap) Index is limit to Gents at 28 and Ladies at 36. Higher handicaps may enter, but will be restricted to this limit.
Ludlow Golf Club set in the scenic surroundings of southern Shropshire has an outstanding reputation for quality golf throughout the year and we are grateful for all they do to help this event take place.
Ludlow Rotary Club are delighted to thank our sponsor Sinclair Group for their support.
