Ludlow Duck Race takes place each year on Spring Bank Holiday, the last Monday in May, on the River Teme starting at the weir just past CSons Café.
Each of the four races has 500 ducks who travel 100 meters down river under Linney Bridge making a wonderful sight for spectators.
Every duck is available to be sponsored and the winner of each race gets a prize of £100.
Ducks are sold online, in local bars & restaurants and in Ludlow market on the Saturdays before the race.
The profits from the races goes to our Ludlow Rotary Cares grant scheme.
