National Chef of the Year Semi Finalist to judge Rotary competition
Award winning Chef and Great British Menu Wales contestant Andrew Birch of Fishmore Hall will be judging at Ludlow College and later at the District Final at Shrewsbury Technical College. Andrew is very familiar with the stress of cooking competitively as he has been featured on Great British Menu, where his fish course was the winner. Andrew also made the semi finals of National Chef of the Year, selected from a fierce competition of 159 entrants from throughout the UK.
He joined Fishmore Hall in two years ago in 2014, since when the hotel restaurant Forelles has been awarded three AA rosettes. Andrew is a passionate supporter of local ingredients.
