Grants to local voluntary and community organisations

At intervals during the year the Ludlow Rotary Club awards grants to appropriate projects and programmes.

In making grants the Ludlow Rotary Club seeks to support and assist organisations to deliver programmes and projects that uphold and strengthen the local community by raising aspirations, engendering community spirit or assisting the health and well-being of those in need. In addition we seek to extend the Club’s humanitarian reach around the world as well as promote world understanding. Each grant awarded must be able to make an identifiable difference to the work of the receiving organisation or project.

The attached document sets out the Club’s general Grant policy . If you wish to be considered for a grant and having read our Grants Policy, believe you meet the qualifying criteria defined in the policy, it is recommended that in the first instance you complete the Part 1 grant application form that covers eligibility and forward it to the Secretary by email at secretary@ludlowrotaryclub.org.uk

In the event that your project or programme is considered to meet the eligibility criteria you will be informed by email and when the Club seeks the next round of grants applications you will be sent the Part 2 of the grant application form to complete. The completed applications will be considered by a panel and the decisions will be communicated to all the applicants by email. Please be aware that demand for grants always exceeds the funds we have available and we therefore make no guarantee that an application will be granted.
